Wine and Wildlife, Healesville Sanctuary
This winter, Healesville Sanctuary is bringing together incredible wildlife experiences with the gourmet tastes of the Yarra Valley over one exciting, long weekend.
From June 7 to 9, cosy up by the campfire or admire the faux-snow falling as you get up close to wildlife and sample amazing wines from De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate, White Box Wines and Paynes Rise Wines as well as taste delicious Napoleone & Co Ciders. Once your thirst has been quenched, head straight to the Sanctuary’s Harvest Café to feast on the warming special lunch menu created just for the Wine and Wildlife long weekend. Then satisfy your sweet tooth and locate the Kennedy and Wilson chocolate booth to indulge in chocolate like you never have before!
Tastings are free with general admission. Kids under 16 free all weekend.

Cooking workshop: Traditional Sausage Making Class
June 14 at Seville Hill Winery
The owners of Yarra Valley’s Seville Hill Winery, known for its warm Italian hospitality, will share some of their old recipes for traditional and gourmet sausages. The fun and interactive afternoon class will include a step-by-step demonstration of how to make delicious hand-made pork sausages. Bookings are essential. From 10am-2pm.

Jewellery making classes at Montsalvat
Learn jewellery making skills from a professional in the beautiful surrounds of Montsalvat. With classes run by master craftswoman Jeanette Dyke, all levels of jewellery making is taught from beginner classes with no experience, to master classes for advanced students.
