When are the magazines published?
The Gippsland Country Life Magazines are published quarterly in time with the seasons.
Where can I buy the magazines?
Each quarter the magazines are distributed throughout newsagents. For our full list of retailers click here. If your newsagent does not stock the magazine you can purchase individual copies of the current magazines through our Shop.
The Gippsland Country Life Magazines are also distributed through QANTAS lounges across Australia and are also available at numerous boutiques across the regions.
How do I order magazine back issues?

How can I subscribe to a magazine as a gift for a friend?
To subscribe as a gift visit our Shop and when finalising your order fill in the recipients details in the shipping address section. Or if you would like to arrange your subscription with the office directly call 0417 381 792.
When can I expect to receive my subscription?
The subscriptions are posted within the first week of the new season. All new subscriptions will start with the next published issue unless requested otherwise.
I have moved or my subscription details are no longer correct, how can I update these?

The Essential Country Online Store is brought to you by the team at CP Media & Co. While producing our print and online magazines we come across lots of lovely things that we know our readers will love to.
What kinds of products do you sell?
We focus on quality and unique items, often handmade in Australia. As a result we only have in stock limited numbers of products. We are continually searching for quality, bespoke items.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the day of payment.
How can I pay for my order?
You can either purchase products from our website through the secure PayPal system or call the office directly on 0417 381 792 to pay over the phone with your credit card.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes of course. If for any reason you would like to return your order please send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. You can either receive a store credit or a full refund minus the initial delivery cost. Returns exclude magazine copies.

How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order and make payment you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. You can also view your orders online under My Account.

What are the delivery charges?
All orders under $50 incur a delivery charge of $10.00 (incl GST). Orders $50 and over are shipped for free.
Can I sell my products on your store?
Yes, you can, but we have a strict policy on quality and service. If your product is beautiful and unique please contact our online store manager Kylie on firstname.lastname@example.org.
